Before $CASTCAT had a ticker, it was a small character inside a 45 × 11-foot mural at Robinhood’s Lake Mary office.
Nigel Sussman painted the mural in 2018 as part of a much larger cat-filled world for Robinhood Markets.
Among the beach scenes was a grey cat in pink shorts, waving from an island. The internet found him years later. That cat became $CASTCAT.
